Waco Electronics Organizes Fire Escape Exercise Activities

In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of employees, test the fire accident prevention and early warning mechanism is effective. On September 25, 2020, Waco Electronics organized a fire escape and fire drill. Before the exercise, the company's safety committee held a special meeting to study and arrange the proposed fire escape emergency plan, and carried out publicity and education among all employees, so as to enhance the employees' appreciation of life and attention to fire hazards.
At 16: 00 p.m. on September 25, with the sound of the floor fire alarm bell, the autumn fire drill of weiko electronic module (Shenzhen) co., ltd. in 2020 officially started. In the passages with safety exit signs on the first floor and the second floor, the members of Waco Electronics's fire emergency team were responsible for guiding the five escape fire stairs respectively. In just five minutes, the employees were orderly evacuated from the nearest emergency exit from the work area without any secondary injury accidents.
After the escape exercise was completed, under the guidance of professional firefighters in the property management of the park, the exercise of correctly using fire extinguishers and extinguishing open flames was carried out. The employees participating in the activity successively learned the correct operation of using fire extinguishers. A total of 75 leaders and employees participated in this fire escape exercise. Through this exercise, not only all employees received a necessary safety training, but also found deficiencies in the early warning hardware facilities. The follow-up will be related to management.
